As an Innovation Learning Specialist, you will work on designing and delivering training programs that align with our company's strategic goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging learning strategies that leverage the latest educational technologies.
Identify training needs and create customized learning programs to meet those needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to gather feedback and ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related areas.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
