Position Overview:

Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) in the Central Region is seeking a dedicated and visionary individual to lead our Shaping Futures Program as the Principal Instructor. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for education and mentorship in the context of preventing drug abuse and promoting a drug-free society.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational strategies to engage and empower individuals in drug prevention and rehabilitation.
Lead a team of instructors to deliver impactful and innovative programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of the Shaping Futures Program.
Provide mentorship and guidance to staff and participants to foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on social sciences or community development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering educational programs, preferably in addressing social issues.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
