We are looking for a Curriculum Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive educational curricula tailored to the local context
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure program relevance and accuracy
Implement effective strategies for assessing curriculum outcomes and impact
Analyze educational trends and best practices to continually enhance program quality
Provide training and support to educators and program implementers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health, Community Development, Social Sciences)
Proven experience in developing educational content and materials
Strong understanding of educational evaluation and assessment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and educational settings
Proficiency in relevant software applications
