Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine educational materials
Create engaging and effective learning solutions that align with industry standards and best practices
Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a relevant discipline)
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient with learning management systems and educational technology tools
