Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine educational materials
- Create engaging and effective learning solutions that align with industry standards and best practices
- Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a relevant discipline)
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient with learning management systems and educational technology tools
