Role Overview:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the educational needs of our healthcare staff
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content
Implement innovative and engaging instructional methodologies to enhance the learning experience
Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to enhance the educational impact
Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff seeking professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering educational programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
