Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing training programs, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
Proven ability to analyze training needs and tailor learning solutions to meet specific business objectives.
