Position Overview

As a Cultural Inclusion Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in promoting cultural awareness and inclusivity within educational and training programs. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing strategies that foster an equitable and culturally sensitive learning environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to integrate multicultural perspectives into our educational initiatives, ensuring that our programs embrace and celebrate diversity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training sessions focused on cultural competence and sensitivity
Collaborate with educators and trainers to incorporate diverse perspectives into curriculum development
Foster an inclusive environment that respects and values cultural differences
Provide guidance and support to staff and participants on cultural diversity matters
Monitor and evaluate the impact of cultural inclusion initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in cross-cultural communication and education
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
