Introducing the Learning & Development Specialist Role:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Learning & Development Specialist at Heineken in North Holland. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing and implementing cutting-edge training programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
Designing and developing engaging educational programs tailored to various employee levels and roles.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of training initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
Utilizing innovative instructional design techniques and e-learning platforms to deliver impactful and interactive learning experiences.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Staying updated with industry trends and incorporating best practices into training strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design, talent development, or a related field.
Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for delivering impactful training programs that drive business results.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
