Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative training programs tailored to the needs of our organization
Create engaging and interactive learning materials
Identify training needs through assessments and feedback
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
Implement online learning platforms and technologies
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using learning management systems and multimedia tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
