Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Learning Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and practical training. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing immersive learning experiences that empower employees to reach their full potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop engaging training materials.
  • Create innovative and interactive learning modules, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance comprehension.
  • Design and facilitate hands-on workshops, webinars, and other training sessions.
  • Administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize learning management systems to organize and deploy training content.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training facilitation.
  • Strong familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
