Position: Community Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that emphasize cultural heritage and environmental preservation
Collaborate with local schools and community organizations to expand cultural awareness and sustainability initiatives
Organize and oversee engaging events that promote responsible cultural tourism and ecological sensitivity
Create and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support initiatives focusing on cultural education and environmental responsibility
Contribute to the development of educational materials that highlight the significance of cultural heritage and environmental conservation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cultural Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated passion for promoting cultural understanding and environmental stewardship
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from students to community leaders
Proven project management and organizational skills with an emphasis on educational program development
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Experience working in educational or community engagement roles is a plus
