As a Geospatial Solutions Specialist at RISLS, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology-forward approach, leveraging cutting-edge methods to enhance the precision and efficiency of our surveying processes.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced geospatial tools and techniques to support surveying projects
Develop and maintain geodatabases, maps, and survey plans
Collaborate with survey teams to optimize field data collection processes
Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable survey data
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in geospatial sciences
Provide technical training and support for staff on geospatial software and equipment
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for geospatial data management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Science, or related field
Proven experience in geospatial data management and analysis
Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms
Familiarity with GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies
