Your Role:

Design and develop educational programs and workshops that enhance customer experience
Collaborate with teams to integrate learning experiences into our product displays and customer interactions
Stay abreast of industry trends and technology to infuse innovative learning methods into our offerings
Initiate partnerships with educational institutions and professionals to elevate our learning initiatives
Analyze and assess the impact of learning experiences on customer engagement and satisfaction

Your Profile:

Proven track record in designing and implementing educational initiatives
Passion for blending creativity, education, and innovation
Strong understanding of the intersection between learning and consumer experiences
Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful learning experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in both German and English is preferred
