We are currently seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to join our team in Bavaria, Germany:

About the role:

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing educational programs and training initiatives within our organization.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will assess the learning needs of different departments, identify knowledge gaps, and create tailored learning solutions.
Using your expertise in instructional design, you will create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
You will facilitate hands-on workshops, webinars, and group discussions to promote active participation and knowledge sharing among employees.
Working closely with subject matter experts, you will continuously evaluate and enhance our learning programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology).
Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs or training materials.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
