Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the diverse needs of our employees
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and provide solutions

Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
Champion a learning culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective learning and development initiatives
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and embrace diversity
Proven track record in driving employee engagement through learning and development initiatives
