If so, we are looking for a dedicated Learning Experience Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of educational training at Ingeteam.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement effective, interactive learning experiences for employees and clients.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials.
Utilize various instructional design methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to ensure they align with company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
Provide support for learning management systems and e-learning platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles.
Proficiency in using authoring tools, multimedia, and e-learning software.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
