Position Overview

As an Outdoor Learning Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that integrate outdoor activities with enriching educational content. Your role will involve collaborating with educators, designing curriculum-aligned experiences, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during outdoor expeditions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and organize outdoor learning programs that align with educational objectives
Collaborate with educators to develop curriculum-based outdoor experiences
Lead and facilitate outdoor excursions and educational activities
Maintain a safe and supportive environment during outdoor learning expeditions
Assess the impact and effectiveness of outdoor learning experiences
Engage with local schools and educational institutions to promote outdoor learning initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental education, outdoor recreation, or related disciplines)
Demonstrated experience in designing and leading educational outdoor programs
Strong understanding of outdoor safety protocols and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for environmental stewardship and experiential education
