As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating our training and development programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the organization's development needs and designing effective learning programs
Implementing e-learning platforms and virtual training tools to ensure accessibility and flexibility in learning
Collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver impactful training that aligns with organizational goals
Measuring the success and impact of learning initiatives through feedback and performance evaluations
Developing and maintaining learning resources, including e-books, workshops, and other educational materials
