Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with our company's goals and values
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training materials and resources
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements
Provide mentorship and support to team members to ensure their professional growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and curriculum development
