Position Overview:

As the Educational Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs tailored to diverse audiences. In collaboration with fellow team members, you will contribute to the development of innovative curriculum, coordinate with educators and facilitators, and ensure the smooth execution of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement educational programs that align with our company's vision and mission
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creative and engaging learning methods into our curriculum
Establish and maintain relationships with educational partners, schools, and community organizations
Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling, materials, and resources
Conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed
Support the team in identifying grant opportunities and fundraising initiatives to sustain and expand our educational reach
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for our educational programs
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in program coordination, education, or related areas
