Assess and enhance the effectiveness of existing learning programs through continuous improvement strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education, sustainable agriculture, and organic farming.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (agricultural science, environmental studies, sustainability, or related areas).
Demonstrated experience in educational program development, project management, or curriculum design.
A passion for organic farming, sustainable practices, and environmental stewardship.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
