Ligurian Association of Renewable Materials is seeking a dedicated and passionate Professional Development Officer to join our team in Liguria, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering professional growth and enhancing the skills of our members and partners within the renewable materials industry. Your contributions will help us continue to drive innovation and sustainability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement professional development programs tailored to the needs of our members and partners
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on the latest advancements in renewable materials
Collaborate with industry experts and educational institutions to develop specialized training curricula
Assess the effectiveness of professional development initiatives and make necessary adjustments
Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals seeking professional growth opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful training programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated expertise in education, curriculum development, or professional training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
Proven organizational and project management capabilities
Passion for promoting sustainable practices and environmental stewardship
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
