Professional Learning Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the professional development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design targeted programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in professional development and incorporate them into training initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
