As a Culinary and Spirit Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs focused on the art of craft distilling and the appreciation of fine spirits. Your role will involve creating engaging and immersive training experiences for both internal staff and external clients, with an emphasis on enhancing their understanding and knowledge of traditional and modern distillation techniques, as well as the history and cultural significance of spirit production.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of culinary expertise and a nuanced appreciation for the craft spirits industry. You should have a deep understanding of flavor profiles, food pairing, and the ability to articulate the intricacies of distillation processes to diverse audiences. Key responsibilities:
