Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in cross-cultural communication and international relationship management
Demonstrated understanding of global education and training trends
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and at least one other language
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
