About the Role:

As a Learning Experience Facilitator at Valeo, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning experiences and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging educational initiatives that inspire continuous learning and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver culturally sensitive training and development programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees.
Facilitate workshops and seminars addressing topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
Partner with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with our diversity goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering diversity and inclusion training programs.
Strong understanding of intercultural communication and adult learning principles.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
