Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced training modules for medical personnel working in challenging environments
Utilize technology to develop interactive learning materials and e-learning platforms
Collaborate with field teams to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve educational strategies
Stay updated with the latest advances in medical education and incorporate them into our training programs

Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development
