Lappi Society for Wildlife Conservation is seeking a Cultural Learning Experience Coordinator to join our team in Lappi, Finland.

As our Cultural Learning Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that celebrate and honor the diverse cultures present within our community. You will collaborate with indigenous groups, local schools, and international organizations to develop immersive learning experiences that cultivate an understanding of wildlife conservation intertwined with various cultural perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate multi-cultural educational workshops and events focused on wildlife conservation.
Establish partnerships with cultural organizations to integrate diverse perspectives into our educational initiatives.
Work closely with our team to develop curriculum materials that embrace cultural inclusivity and environmental stewardship.
Coordinate educational outreach efforts with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility for individuals from all backgrounds.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of best practices in cultural education and wildlife conservation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cultural Studies, Environmental Education, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in cross-cultural communication, education, or community outreach.
A passion for wildlife conservation and a respect for diverse cultural perspectives.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language.
