Role Overview

As a Youth Development Facilitator, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering engaging programs designed to foster personal growth, leadership skills, and educational development among youth. You will collaborate with schools, community organizations, and local partners to implement impactful initiatives aimed at empowering and guiding the next generation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative youth development programs
Facilitate workshops and activities focused on leadership, personal growth, and academic achievement
Build strong relationships with schools, youth groups, and community stakeholders to ensure program success
Provide mentoring and support to young individuals, helping them unlock their potential
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of programs and identify areas for improvement
Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to continuously enhance program offerings

Proven experience in designing and delivering educational or youth-focused initiatives
