As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with our commitment to sustainability and organic farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to various audiences, including employees, partners, and the local community
Utilize innovative educational techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content
Conduct training sessions and workshops, demonstrating a deep understanding of organic farming practices
Contribute to the creation of educational materials, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and educational guides
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sustainable agriculture and organic farming

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as agricultural education, environmental science, or sustainable development
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education
Passion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to advancing environmental stewardship
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian considered a plus
