Position Available: Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Vermont State Housing Authority. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering community engagement and building strong educational partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and community groups to promote housing education initiatives.
Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and training programs to educate community members on housing resources and opportunities.
Collaborate with local schools and colleges to implement housing awareness campaigns and mentorship programs.
Create innovative educational materials and resources to support housing education efforts.
Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about housing affordability and access to resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, program coordination, or educational advocacy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
