Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored educational solutions that align with contemporary teaching and learning best practices.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional learning support to educators and leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering professional development programs in an educational or training environment.
In-depth understanding of educational research, adult learning theories, and curriculum design principles.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse educational stakeholders.
