Role Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative learning solutions tailored to our clients' needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging training materials and curriculum
Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in instructional design or adult education
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia authoring tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
