Position: Learning Experience Designer

Utilize your creative skills to design engaging and impactful learning experiences
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions
Create interactive educational materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, and simulations
Implement innovative instructional design methodologies and technologies
Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in medical education and implement best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in healthcare or a relevant field is highly preferred
