Scottish Opera is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Professional Development Coordinator. As a leading arts organization in Scotland, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement professional development programs for educators and artists
- Collaborate with schools and universities to develop curriculum resources
- Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching practices
- Coordinate training sessions for our opera performers and production staff
- Manage partnerships with external training providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in program development and coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for arts education and commitment to professional growth
