As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our educational programs and training initiatives. Your expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technologies will drive our efforts to provide innovative and effective learning experiences to our employees.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and interactive learning solutions tailored to different learning styles and needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and content
Create and update learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, and learning guides
Implement and manage the learning management system, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking of training programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for enhancements
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technologies
Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
