As a Learning and Development Specialist at Valais University Hospital, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and initiatives for our staff. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations
Deliver training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
