Position: Motorsport Education Specialist

Are you passionate about motorsports? Do you have a strong background in education or training? We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Motorsport Education Specialist to join our team at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Your Role:

Develop and implement motorsport-related education programs targeted at fans of all ages.
Curate engaging educational materials, including interactive workshops, informational resources, and multimedia content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of educational initiatives during race events.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in motorsport education.
Train and mentor a team of educators to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality educational content.
Coordinate with local schools and educational institutions to develop partnerships and outreach programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Management, Engineering, Communications).
Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs or training initiatives.
Deep knowledge and passion for motorsports and auto racing.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed.
