About the Position: Wine Education Specialist

As a Wine Education Specialist at Abruzzo Open Wine, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality wine education and training to our diverse clientele. Through interactive workshops, tastings, and immersive experiences, you will inspire participants to explore the exciting world of wine.

Responsibilities:

Develop and facilitate educational wine workshops for individuals and groups
Conduct engaging tastings focused on the unique characteristics of Abruzzo wines
Lead wine-related tours, visiting local vineyards and wineries
Create educational materials, including guides and resources
Provide personalized guidance to individuals seeking to expand their wine knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:

Passion for wine and a desire to share this passion with others
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Italian wines, especially those from the Abruzzo region
Experience in conducting educational workshops or training sessions
Ability to create engaging and immersive learning environments
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, based on client demand
Proficiency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
