Position: Learning Experience Facilitator

About the Role:

Engage with diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and community members, to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Create and facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Develop innovative curriculum and teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes.
Utilize technology to deliver engaging virtual learning experiences.
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the learning programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Resources).
Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences.
Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual learning.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
