Position: Creative Development Facilitator

Responsibilities:

Cultivate Creativity: Guide individuals in developing their creative potential through various artistic techniques and therapies.
Create Learning Opportunities: Design and deliver workshops, classes, and training programs that promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and resilience.
Facilitate Artistic Expression: Encourage self-expression, self-reflection, and exploration of emotions through art.
Nurture Positive Relationships: Collaborate with clients, families, and professional networks to provide comprehensive and holistic support.
Support Organizational Initiatives: Actively contribute to outreach programs, community engagement, and research projects aimed at improving the quality of our services.

Qualifications:

Passion for Creativity: A genuine enthusiasm for art therapy, creativity, and personal development.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and communities.
Educational Background: Relevant academic or professional training in fields such as psychology, counseling, fine arts, or related disciplines.
Experience: Prior experience working in a therapeutic or educational setting is highly desirable, but not essential. Fresh graduates with great potential are welcome to apply.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in Swedish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
