As a Learning Experience Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for our participants. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering interactive educational programs
- Facilitating group discussions and activities
- Providing guidance and support to learners
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning experiences
Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about education and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well in a team and have a genuine interest in fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in designing and delivering educational programs
