As a Learning Experience Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for our participants. Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering interactive educational programs
Facilitating group discussions and activities
Providing guidance and support to learners
Evaluating the effectiveness of learning experiences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in designing and delivering educational programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Fluency in both Italian and English
