Your Role:

Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and courses within the education sector.
Identify the learning needs of our team members and develop relevant training materials and resources.
Collaborate with different departments to assess skill gaps and provide suitable training solutions.
Implement effective evaluation methods to measure the success of training initiatives.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning methodologies.
Act as a resource person and provide ongoing support to employees regarding their professional development and growth.
Work closely with a diverse team of professionals to foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within the education sector.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant tools.
Passionate about learning and development with a commitment to excellence.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
