Position: Learning Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with faculty to develop and design engaging learning materials and courses
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop effective solutions
Create and implement training programs that incorporate various methodologies, technologies, and multimedia
Assist in the evaluation and revision of existing educational materials to ensure alignment with best practices
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Adult Education, Psychology)
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and/or training delivery
Strong knowledge of digital learning technologies and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a diverse educational setting
