You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop learning strategies, and implement effective programs using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze training needs and design customized learning solutions to address skill gaps
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and virtual simulations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content
Implement learning management systems to track training progress and evaluate effectiveness
Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development
