Join Our Team:

KDE is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for education to join our team as Policy Research Analysts. As a Policy Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in drafting, analyzing, and recommending policies that shape the future of education in Kentucky.

Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing education policies to identify areas of improvement
Conduct in-depth research on best practices in educational policy
Analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies
Monitor and evaluate the impact of policy changes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences)
Experience in policy research, data analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
