Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative curriculum and training materials to enhance students' learning experience
Deliver engaging and interactive learning sessions that promote hands-on learning and critical thinking
Utilize various educational technologies and tools to create a stimulating learning environment
Evaluate and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with fellow facilitators and academic staff to continuously improve the learning process

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to make a difference in students' lives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to engage and motivate learners of various backgrounds
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Experience with project management and the ability to meet deadlines
