We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team at Hofors Skidklubb in Gävleborgs län, Sweden. As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational programs and training initiatives offered by our organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative learning experiences for skiers of all ages and skill levels.
Collaborate with our team to create engaging and interactive training materials.
Deliver effective training sessions and workshops to enhance skiing techniques and safety awareness.
Assess the effectiveness of our educational programs and make improvements based on feedback and evaluation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in skiing education to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

Passion for skiing and a strong understanding of skiing techniques and safety practices.
Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
