Responsibilities:

Organize and execute cultural enrichment programs for our employees and local communities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage initiatives related to diversity and inclusion
Coordinate partnerships with educational institutions to support mentorship and scholarship programs
Plan and host events that promote cross-cultural understanding and celebrate different traditions and customs
Develop workshops and training programs to enhance cultural competency within the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sociology, anthropology, international studies)
Prior experience in event planning, community engagement, or diversity and inclusion initiatives
Knowledge of different cultures and the ability to adapt programs to meet diverse needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals of various backgrounds
Demonstrated commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability
