Your Role

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and documentation.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to employees across departments.
Assess training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and evaluation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design and conducting training sessions.
Strong knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
